My name is Wenchao — known to most people in Chinese-speaking circles as 超哥. I've spent more than 20 years working inside, alongside, and between Chinese companies and the rest of the world.
I've visited more than 2,000 companies across industries and geographies. Not virtually — in person. I've sat across the table from Chinese CEOs and Western executives, watched how they misunderstand each other, and spent two decades figuring out what it actually takes to build trust across that divide.
I started my career in multinational Fortune 500 companies, where I learned how global organisations operate, how decisions get made, and how talent is evaluated. Then I watched China's companies begin their march outward — into Southeast Asia, into Australia, into Europe — and I saw the same problems repeat everywhere they went: the wrong hires, the cultural friction, the mistrust that quietly kills partnerships before they can grow.
That's why I built Work With China. Not as a product, but as a natural extension of what I've always done: connect people across a divide that most others find too complicated to navigate.
